✨ I think Walt would be proud...

Your Guide to Disney Parks & Experiences

Hello, my friend!

I have to be honest with you about something.

I thought this week's podcast was going to be an interview about baseball. It was not.

Standing on the field at ESPN Wide World of Sports with Jesse Cole - founder of the Savannah Bananas - the conversation became something I did not expect. Jesse talked about Walt. About the Walt Disney World experience he had as a kid that stayed with him for decades and became the seed of everything he built. About Snow White being called Disney's Folly, and how Walt's unshakeable belief gave him permission to keep going when he could not make payroll.

And then something stopped me cold. In our entire conversation, Jesse never once used the word "I" when talking about what Banana Ball has accomplished. Every success was framed around the fans, the team, the people who took the leap with him.

That is leadership. And it is very, very Disney.

Before you listen - watch my reel at @LouMongello showing what Banana Ball actually feels like in person. It will make everything land harder.

Episode 869 is out now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, all podcast players, and WDWRadio.com.

I am heading to Shanghai Disneyland this week - and I want to take you with me.

Shanghai Disneyland is celebrating their 10th anniversary, and I will be there for it. On the way back I am stopping at Hong Kong Disneyland. There will be no new episode the week of June 15 - but follow me at @LouMongello on Instagram for real-time photos, videos, and live coverage from both parks. And tell me - what do you want to see while I am there? Reply to this email. I genuinely want to know.

Let's get together - June 27 at Magic Kingdom.

The WDW Radio Meet of the Month is back - and if there was ever a reason to bring it back, this is it. On Saturday June 27 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, we are gathering in Tomorrowland to take one last ride together on Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress before it closes for its upcoming reimagining on July 6. Come alone, bring your family, bring friends. Everyone is welcome and it is completely free. Let's say "there's a great big beautiful tomorrow" one more time, together.

Please RSVP HERE- I cannot wait to see you there!

Save the date - the WDW Radio community is heading to Disneyland.

End of October. Exclusive tickets to Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney California Adventure with a VIP area just for our community. A private dinner at 21 Royale. And a few more things I cannot wait to tell you about. Spots will be extremely limited. Stay close to your inbox - details are coming very soon.

Our Alaska cruise is happening - and there are still spots.

Disney Wonder. May 10-17, 2027. Vancouver round trip, Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan, glacier viewing, two days at sea, and the WDW Radio community all around you. My all-time favorite Disney Cruise Line itinerary. Details, booking, and a free no-obligation quote at WDWRadio.com/Alaska2027 through Mouse Fan Travel

One more thing. And this one is personal.

If Jesse Cole's story fired something up in you today - if you have been sitting on something you keep telling yourself you will get to when the time is right - I want you to read this carefully.

The time is right. And I want to help.

Momentum is my four-day weekend workshop for creators and entrepreneurs, October 15-18 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, right across the street from Disney Springs. Not a conference. Only 50 seats. The entire focus is on you - your brand, your business, your questions answered in real time.

Thursday evening is our kickoff - the right people, the right headspace, the start of something real.

Friday is foundation and growth - solopreneur systems, marketing, video, and small group Table Talks where your specific questions actually get answered.

Saturday is almost entirely dedicated to AI. Not theory. Implementation. You leave with tools installed, workflows started, and prompts you can use Monday morning.

Sunday is monetization, answers, and action. We build your personal 90-day plan together, in the room, before you go home. You leave with meaningful work already done and a clear next step waiting.

And the part that does not show up on the schedule - the relationships, the accountability, the community of fifty smart passionate people who get it - that is often what people say mattered most. The lifetime members-only community means the support keeps going long after the weekend ends.

Jesse Cole started with two tickets and $30 a week. The only thing that separated where he started from where he is now was the decision to begin.

Only 25 seats left. Super Early Bird pricing of $997 - $200 off - goes away next week. Details and tickets at LouMongello.com/Momentum. If you have been thinking about this, now is the time. I would genuinely love to see you there.

That is a lot of good stuff, my friend. And it's all thanks to, by, for, with, and about you.

Thank you for being here. I will be posting from Shanghai and Hong Kong all week - come find me on Instagram, say hi, and tell me what you want to see.

I cannot wait to share it all with you. 💙

- Lou

P.S. If WDW Radio has ever made your day a little better, your Disney trip a little more magical, or simply made you feel like part of something special - would you take 30 seconds and leave a rating and review on Apple Podcasts? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It means more than you know, it helps new people find the show

Hey Reader! You can know exactly what to do with AI, video, email, monetization, systems... And still stay stuck in your business. Here's what I've learned after years of working with creators and solopreneurs: most people don't need more information. They need to believe in the information they already have. We second-guess the next move, we play small, we watch other people execute on the same idea we had six months ago, and wonder what they had that we didn't. That's why my Momentum...

Hello Reader, My birthday has never really been a big deal to me. It never has been. It's not about the day, or the attention, or the presents. It's not even about the cake... and if you know me, you know I'm not a sweets guy anyway. But there's one version of a birthday I've always loved, and it came from my dad. Every year on his birthday, my dad did something I've never forgotten: he gave gifts to everyone else. I can still picture us walking into Fortunoff at the Woodbridge Center Mall in...

Your Guide to Disney Parks & Experiences Hello Reader, My birthday is today (August 2), and if you've known me for a while, you know it's never really been a big deal to me. To me, it's just another day, and it's definitely not about any attention or presents. It's not even about the cake... and once again... if you know me, you know I'm "not a sweets guy" anyway. But there's one version of a birthday I've always loved, and it came from my dad. Every year on his birthday, my dad did something...
